Please Respond to the Employer Reporting Payroll Vendor Survey by November 26
In August, we shared that our Modernization Project was moving forward. And you have an important role in its success. As part of that, we’re conducting a brief survey to help us prepare the reporting processes in the new EWP. Keep in mind, we won’t launch the new system until about 2029. We want to make the switch to the new system as smooth as possible.
By taking 5 minutes to complete this survey, you'll help us identify:
- Who we need to work with in your HR and payroll departments if changes are needed to the payroll file (CPA, internal HR or payroll staff, internal IT, vendor, etc.)
- What systems employers use to generate HR and payroll files sent to KPERS
- How much time it would take to make changes to the HR and payroll data sent to KPERS
Your responses will help reduce questions and potential issues by ensuring you have what you need to correctly process payroll in the next generation of the EWP.
