Premium changes, including age-bracket changes (effective January 1, 2024), are now available on the Employer Web Portal (EWP). Login to the EWP to get see these changes. Click on the employee's Social Security number link for more detail.
If you export your "Changes since last report"...
...you can sort changes by Open Enrollment and Age Bracket.
Noteworthy
The "Changes since last report" shows the new total monthly premium amount due for all coverage types the member has.
If you need a breakout by member type for new premiums, email OGLI_FS@kpers.org. KPERS does not mail out age-bracket information.
Reminder
We will send confirmation letters (PER-9003) for employees who enrolled or made coverage changes for January 2024.
