Updated Retirement & Withdrawal Booklets
You don't need to do anything, but if you require paper copies of the Application for Retirement (KPERS-15) booklet or the Application for Withdrawal
(KPERS-13) booklet, please order new ones and recycle/dispose the old booklets. The new tax forms took effect January 1.
