Go to kspers.gov and click the blue Member Login button to access your online account.

Choose "New User" if you've never used or created your account.

Visit kspers.gov/optionallife if you need a paper form.

Important: If you or your spouse were previously declined coverage by The Standard, health questions are required to apply for the annual open enrollment increase. All amounts applied for will require a medical history statement. |
